@UbisoftSupport is there a change that you are blocking SMS to Israel? trying to get SMS, tried over 6 different phone numbers, none of them are getting the SMS....

@UbisoftSupport you colleagues told me to not write them my number cause they cannot add that themselves. told them to just look if there is an issue with it and they ignored it.

@UbisoftSupport i am not talking about Ubisoft+... clearly all the SMS to Israel are blocked.
the American phone number got an SMS instantly. but all the Israeli phone number we have tried didn't get any. does this make sense to you?
I highly advise you to check if someone blocked israel.

this is a public space tho, so if you are blocking Israel, this is very bad and people should see this.

@UbisoftSupport i didnt get the SMS.... tried many different phone numbers with many different carriers. none of them would get the SMS. you should check if one of your employs blocked Israel, just like Twitch did a few weeks ago and then got flamed for it.

@UbisoftSupport it is during the "Add your phone number" to my account and also in the 2fa. i get to step 2/4 which is "enter the security code". then when I enter the code it give me the error

I'm trying to add my phone number to my account, and when it sends the code to my email and I enter it to you site it says "This action couldn't be processed due to too many attempts in a short period of time. Please try again later.". waited over 36+ hours...

@UbisoftSupport i have done it... your "specialists" keep telling me to input a different phone number, even tho I told them multiple times I don't get to the point of adding ANY phone number, cause I get stuck after inputting the code I get to my email. even after 48 hours still didn't work.

@UbisoftSupport the problem is not adding the phone. the problem is that when I input the code I got in my email, it says tried too many times, even tho i waited over 36 hours between tries. i did get the code to my email. i don't get to the point of adding or changing my number.
