@cathrynlavery I've been using a tip from a friend @stevecunningham and directing Claude to create HTML files instead. Very helpful, readable, portable

@SahilBloom’s newsletter: Tolerating uncertainty:
It's easy to be energetic when things are working and predictable. It's hard to show up with energy when the rewards are uncertain.
Those who can tolerate the most uncertainty are the ones who will eventually win.
Remember that.
@rvrat69@RealCandaceO@rvrat69 this is an amazing idea! I created custodial accounts for my nephews and nieces. I wanted others to be able to contribute. I put in a one time gift of $100 and forgot about it. They are now $300. Doubles twice in a few years. Wish I’d have put money in for them yearly
"The life you want is on the other side of your ability and willingness to delay gratification—to do hard things, to embrace the suck, to endure painful experiences."

@jspector What are your answers? I’m curious? I struggle with saying no to things and there is nowhere I want to fail. That said, because we can’t do it all I’ve let my health and fitness slip. I’m reclaiming it now, and your post is very timely
Don’t reply to that email you just got!
(Not yet.)
Replying immediately trains people to expect an immediate response from you.
And each time you reply to an email there’s a good chance you’ll get another email back in return to your response.
So the more frequently you reply, the more frequently you get emails.
If you’re drowning in a constant flood of emails...
You’re probably a big part of the problem.
But that means you can also be the solution.
Remember:
99% of emails you get are NOT urgent.
Don’t treat them like they are.

“Remember how long you’ve been putting this off,” Marcus Aurelius writes, “… there is a limit to the time assigned you, and if you don’t use it to free yourself it will be gone and will never return.” Don’t rush through life, don’t rush toward death! https://t.co/9hZoOpsDPD
