Goal achieved 😁 I've been attempting to get down to 110kg (~240 lbs) for a few years and finally got there (137kg/109kg). Thanks in part to @KenDBerryMD@SBakerMD@drjamesdinic and many others.
@P82270349 I don't track. I did track macros for a couple of weeks early on, just to get an idea of protein/fat percentages (have been Carnivore for 6 months).
I've lost about 15kg, while also gaining muscle, since starting in December.
Bluff Knoll hike... Stirling Ranges, Western Australia. One of the many benefits of losing weight (thanks to the Carnivore diet) and getting fitter. I would never have considered doing this hike, even six months ago.
@P82270349@cjwx5 How long did it take, overall, for you BP to come down? My BP was very high and has been coming down slowly. I've been doing Carnivore for about 5 months.
When you realize the food on the left is more important to your health than the food on the right, you will begin to experience true health!

Meet "Strider"... My new gym companion, exercise partner and our newest family member. He is a four month old Australian Kelpie.
He is a very handsome, clever boy.
@annavwellness I had gut issues for over two years (not officially diagnosed), and noticed significant improvements within a couple of weeks of going Carnivore. Three months in, I've lost 10kg, while also gaining muscle (frequent gym sessions). No significant gut issues since week two.
#Carnivore#breakfast Pan fried medium rare Porterhouse steak, 5 Scrambled eggs, with butter, heavy cream & tasty cheese. Topped off with #redmondrealsalt .
The absolute definition of heath food.
@MattWalshBlog Well, she's apparently quite intelligent, obviously better looking, and has a good sense of humour. That more than can be said for most of the other "trolls" that follow you. 🤣
