Terrible product & service @madedotcom Sent a broken bed, told we’ll have to wait 2-3 weeks for replacement (sleeping on the floor) and only offered a £50 voucher compensation! And that’s after spending almost £2000 with them recently. Won’t be using for rest of our renovations!
