@TUIUK It wasn’t the fact that the flight was delayed it was the lack of communication from TUI. During our 26 hour delay we heard absolutely nothing from being told to go home until 12 hours later that there was a flight for us.

@TUIUK flight number TOM1596 Edinburgh to Corfu. We were told after 8 hours in the airport and even boarding the plane for 1.5 hrs to then just go home. Correspondence is shocking - starting with ‘sorry for the continuing delay’. What is happening with this flight/holiday??????

@CatPia @TUIUK Hi. We have heard nothing at all either since that message. We are going to head to our local TUI shop at 9am. We are just lucky we were able to come home. Are you ok?
