Listen guys. Don’t shoot the messenger, but the stats don’t lie.
The Novus Ordo is not invalid or evil, but it’s also not doing the best job of feeding the sheep.
Liturgy does matter.
Erling Haaland put Brazil out of a World Cup on Sunday night. Here is everything that went into the body that did it, across one ordinary day.
He wakes and the first thing he does is get daylight into his eyes. Not a phone, not a coffee, sunlight, on purpose, for the circadian rhythm. Then filtered water. He will not drink it out of the tap.
Breakfast is eggs on sourdough and a coffee with raw milk stirred through it. He reckons coffee done right, with a little raw milk in it, is close to a superfood. Alongside it, a glass of the milk on its own.
On the way to training he detours to a sixteen-cow farm in Cheshire and buys the milk at the gate, because you cannot get it in a shop. Some of it gets blended with kale and spinach into the green stuff he calls his magic potion, and that rides shotgun to the training ground.
Lunch is oily fish. Sea bass, salmon, mackerel, with rice. Dinner is where the plate turns medieval. Tomahawk, ribeye, short ribs, and then the bit that broke the internet: beef heart and beef liver, the two most nutrient-dense foods on earth, eaten by choice. Raw honey. More milk.
The papers love the 6,000-calorie figure. He waves it off and says he doesn't count. He just eats real food until he's done and goes and scores.
What's on the plate:
- Beef heart and beef liver, by choice, from the butcher
- Tomahawk, ribeye, short ribs, the fattier the better
- Eggs, most mornings, on sourdough
- Salmon, mackerel, sea bass
- Raw milk, by the glass, in the coffee, blended with greens
- Raw honey
- Butter, rice, sourdough
- His dad's lasagne before every home game. A kebab pizza once a year, if he's lucky
What never touches it:
- Seed oils
- Fizzy drinks
- Alcohol, near enough none
- Protein powders and processed supplements. Not one
- Ultra-processed anything
- Tap water. He filters it
The official guidance spent fifty years telling you to fear that plate. The best striker alive built it on purpose and is knocking the five-time champions out of a World Cup with it.
MTG reveals why Congress is chronically Boomermaxxing 👴👵
"you wanna know why they want to die in office? ... Imagine you're 80 years old, and your staff are your caretakers"
"they wheel these people around in their damn wheelchairs... they wheel them all over the Capitol, all over the office buildings, to their committee hearings"
"once they're in front of the cameras, they stand their decrepit old selves up, and they walk into House floor, they sit in a chair, they put their voting card in the machine, and the push green or red based on what they're staff tells them to vote"
"and they can't let go of the praise. You know what they love more than anything? 'Oh, let me hold the door for you, Mr. Congressman.' Or, 'Yes, your honor... it's good to see you again, sir. Come on in.'"
"they are addicted to all of that. It's why they never give it up."
"and most of them, after they've been there so long, that's how they earn their paycheck. So what would they replace their paycheck with?"
"it's a reality that I wish so many times the American people could see. [To] see that old, old person being wheeled around by their 25-year-old staffer, to go in there and read the words that the other 20-year-olds wrote in their office and vote the way they've told them to vote"
"you're not being represented. I'm just telling you—you're not being represented"

30 years ago, Kyiv was a wealthy European city where almost everyone spoke Russian and there were no linguistic or cultural conflicts. Ukraine had good relations with all our neighbors.
Then, an armed coup took place, funded by the West.
Today, Ukraine is the poorest country in Europe and has become a global center of scam. Authorities are in conflict with all neighbors and threaten Russia, Belarus, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland...
Today, Ukraine is a world center of crime. This was done by the West.
Many Europeans still don’t understand that they will have to fight and die in the war for these criminals.
Never forget, on November 1, 2023, the US Secretary of State told a FAKE story about an Israeli family having their eyes, breasts, feet & fingers cut off while Hamas had a meal to justify US support for what would become a 2.5 year genocide.
There's a reason I go to the TLM.
I always make a distinction between TLM and NO Catholicism. They are functionally two different religions liturgically.
It's telling when you have to make the distinction of whether or not you go to a "reverent" NO vs. the regular on. Well, most are not reverent. I've been to A LOT of different masses over the years.
I went to an NO mass today because of timing, and it was something I have been away from for so long that it genuinely shocked me.
Let me number out the things I witnessed today that I cannot believe is real within in the Catholic church.
1. Almost zero people genuflected before entering or leaving the pews. In fact, people looked at me like I was goofy for doing so before leaving mass as everyone sprinted out as fast as possible to leave.
2. They have 1 singer, a piano player, and a violin player for the choir. Every song was played like it was specifically from the Disney movie Hercules. Functionally the most irreverent and insane liturgical music I have experienced to date.
3. After the Lord's Prayer, I noticed a woman getting the hosts from the back corner where....the Tabernacle was.
4. A bunch of boomer women started going up to the altar, They lined the back of it surrounding the altar (weird layout), and then they were all given the bread and wine, and then I realized they were all eucharistic ministers. All boomer women.
5. The priest did not give out communion. Yes, you read that correctly. He sat in his chair while the Deacon and 10 boomer women passed it out. No kneelers. One older women knelt on the ground to receive on the tongue, and could barely get up. No one helped her.
6. The priest's homily was about 4th of July, what the Catholic church teaches, but in reality it was entirely about how immigration and diversity is a strength. Our strength. Immigrants are the best.
7. The layout of the nave is like a semi circle. The decor/aesthetics are worse than a hotel corporate banquet. This is a LARGE parish too. All that money to design something so corporate 90s.
8. There was no Latin. Not a single word of it.
9. There were no bells or incense.
10. I was the only person that didn't receive communion. For two reasons, one I didn't go to confession this week which I needed to, but also I couldn't receive from the priest anyways.
I genuinely cannot believe people live out the Catholic faith this way. I mean, I think a lot of them are genuinely seeking Christ and trying to live out a sacramental life, and this is just all they know. Something I am thankful for as a convert.
I had two younger cousins that went through this parish and where they did their first communion, baptism and confirmation. Both obviously stopped going immediately after.
I know why now.
Most of these parishes are just for boomers. To appease boomers. Who are filled with boomers.
I have no idea how the majority of parishes do not realize they will not exist within 20 years. They will all close down.
So basically Mitch McConnell is a vegetable on life support in the hospital rn and bc his wife fled to China there’s no one with power of attorney to pull the plug or give up his seat…
Which is likely by design bc if the seat were vacated before August 3rd the election would become a special election which would allow Thomas Massie to run as an Independent and potentially win.
And the entire Republican Party is going along with this sick charade bc they are wholly owned by a foreign country who views Thomas Massie as a serious threat to their power.
SSPX priest Fr. Georg Kopf said at Mass in Switzerland this week:
'There will one day be another pope who opens the door and welcomes us back. Just like Pope Benedict'
NEW: Bishop Frank Caggiano (Diocese of Bridgeport) on the SSPX:
My dear friends in Christ,
It is with deep sadness that I write to you concerning recent events involving the Society of Saint Pius X, commonly known as the SSPX. On July 1, in Écône, Switzerland, the Society consecrated four new bishops without the mandate of the Holy Father and against his expressed will. In response, the Holy See issued a decree on July 2 declaring that the bishops involved have incurred the penalty of excommunication.
Of particular importance for us in the Diocese of Bridgeport is the clarification that accompanied that decree. The Holy See has made clear that the clergy of the Society are now to be regarded as schismatic. This means that, from this day forward, the sacraments they celebrate are illicit and, most significantly for the faithful, the confessions they hear and the marriages at which they preside are considered invalid by the Church.
I know these words are difficult to hear, especially for those among us who have worshiped, whether regularly or on occasion, at liturgies celebrated by priests of the Society. Over the years I have come to know some of these families. I have been moved by their love for the beauty of the sacred liturgy, their devotion to our Catholic tradition, and the seriousness with which they seek to raise their children in the faith. My heart goes out to them at this painful moment, and I want them to know that they remain very much a part of our diocesan family.
I also wish to offer a word of reassurance. This excommunication does not fall upon those who have simply attended these liturgies out of a sincere desire to worship and who have never intended to reject the authority of the Holy Father or the teaching of the Church. What the Church now asks is straightforward: knowing the situation as it now stands, the faithful of the Catholic Church can no longer take part in the liturgies of the Society, for to do so knowingly would be to share in a separation from the Successor of Peter.
And so, I invite home those who previously worshipped with the Society. The reverent worship that has drawn those faithful remains very much alive in our own parishes. The traditional Latin Mass (the Vetus Ordo) continues to be celebrated in our diocese at Saint Mary Parish in Norwalk, The Oratory of SS. Cyril and Methodius in Bridgeport and The Oratory of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Georgetown, in addition to the celebration of Holy Mass in its ordinary form throughout our diocese. In these sacred places you will find not only the beauty you cherish but the fullness of communion with the universal Church and with our Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV. As the ancient saying reminds us, “Where Peter is, there is the Church” (Ubi Petrus, ibi Ecclesia).
I am also grateful to share that our Holy Father has made provision for any priest or member of the faithful of the Society who desires to return to full communion. Our diocese stands ready to welcome them with open arms and great tenderness. Anyone who wishes to walk this path, or who has a personal question about his or her own situation (for instance, regarding a marriage or a confession), is warmly encouraged to speak with a priest of the diocese, who will offer guidance with patience and care.
Please join me in praying for all who are affected by these events, for the clergy and faithful of the Society, and for the unity of Christ’s Church. Let us pray as well for our Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV, as he carries the heavy burden of shepherding and unifying the flock entrusted to him.
May Mary, Mother of the Church, watch over all her children and draw them ever closer to the heart of her Son.
Sincerely yours in Christ,
Most Reverend Frank J. Caggiano
Bishop of Bridgeport
I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all Americans on the occasion of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. This anniversary stands as an invitation not only to celebrate the nation’s remarkable journey, but also to reflect upon the responsibilities that the sons and daughters of this country bear to one another, and to the generations who will inherit the nation that is being shaped today. https://t.co/jIio4BBg9v
Cardinal Müller ordained 4 deacons and 3 priests for the Latin Mass group Institute of the Good Shepherd today (IBP)
He told @lanuovaBQ this week that IBP & FSSP “are fruitful communities, with vocations & a solid faith, which need guidance, & I am happy to provide it.”
Charlie Kirk loved this nation. He understood what was at stake and fought for it. It’s worth revisiting the conversation we had a year ago this month. Happy 250.
“When our friendless standards were first unfurled, who were the strangers who first mustered around our staff, Erin’s generous sons. Ireland, thou friend of my country in my most friendless days".

After prayerful consideration and consulting with trusted traditional priests and theologians, I am removing all SSPX chapels from the Latin Mass Finder feature of @MissalPage.
Anti-Irish bigot Douglas Murray
Who tries, poorly, to infer Ireland was pro-Axis in WW2.
Suggesting a policy of neutrality identical to America, Belgium, and many others, was unusual or untoward?
The reality? It’s a common misconception of the 20th century that remains among those who stopped reading history
MI5, in their declassified Ireland file, released 1999, says “Ireland was of more use neutral”
Acting head of Americas Office of Secret Services in Europe in WW2, said:
“The Irish cooperated as if they were Allies - they have never received the credit due to them”
The facts show Ireland worked with the Allies by:
- Contacting British intelligence in 1938.
- Arranging secret joint defence plans with Britain to counter a German invasion
- running a nationwide coast watch which reported German shipping & air movements to Britain
- Giving Air & sea access to Irish territory denied to Germany
- Routing of German & Italian communications to Ireland through London for spying purposes
- Full unrestricted access to all mail to & from Ireland for censorship purposes
- Full unrestricted access & cooperation with MI5
- Use of Irish airports for British military aircraft - 48k mostly military & refuges through Foynes
- Codebreaking Axis embassies wireless sets & sharing info
- Reducing Irish broadcast efficiency so German bombers couldn’t use it for guidance
- Returning downed or sunk Allied aircrew & sailors while interning German
- Facilitation of huge Irish enlistment in the UK armed forces & war labour
210k Irish went to UK Armed Forces or factories - 9% of the population, and all Irish savings & investment to UK
No Irish went to Hitlers forces - not one. The Irish government gave nothing to Germany, being one of the few neutrals to criticise German actions
Don’t get your history from uneducated bigots like Douglas
