@SW_Help thanks DM for letting me know my station closed (it doesn't say at station yet).Next question, do you know what time the last train is Thur 7th December from London Waterloo to Earlsfield? I have tried looking it up on journey planner, seems fine but says "check before travel"Txs
@SW_Help Any idea when the new SWR trains with AC will be rolled out as promised 3 years ago? The London Waterloo to Wimbledon trains are 29 degrees May-Oct!! ๐ฅต๐ฅต
@British_Airways@nusairat 8 months and still waiting for our compensation, not even a holding message! Is your strategy to ignore all claims and just hope that people will give up in order to save on the pay outs?
@British_Airways Afternoon @British_Airways I have a claim from 8 (!) months ago which I am still waiting for. How much longer do you expect to take to pay out, please?
@SW_Help wow that's most of December as well as part of January! It's a very busy station so not sure why this decision has been made? Not very helpful that the District line has also decided to skip the Wimbledon Park and Wimbledon stations every other day. Getting expensive with taxis!
@SW_Help well we are ever so grateful that you will run a few trains on Wed and Thur. I might even make it to work on time tomorrow! Hopefully it will take less than 1.5 hours to travel 3 stops from Waterloo, unlike yesterday! ๐คฃ
@SW_Help Apalling service going out from Waterloo at 5.30pm to 6.45pm today. Website info was incorrect. No info, staff were nice but had no idea when any trains would run to Clapham Junction or Earlsfield. Lack of train guards, faulty doors, conflicting info...Days after strike cancelled
@British_Airways thanks, Hannah but "soon" is not good enough after 10 weeks without a reply! "Answer:We have a higher than usual volume of customer claims and our CR team are working as quickly as possible. We assess each claim individually, response times vary.weโll be assessing your claim soon."
@DrRosena Thank you for highlighting this, Dr Allin-Khan. SWR frequently run a poor service with short and crowded as well as hot trains (as still no AC) when we are lucky that is as most weekends Earlsfield station is closed due to engineering work!
