The deal was Epstein could get you anything, including kids. The pedophilia is probably the most heinous thing but I think a lot of despicable and illegal things are being ignored because people are only on the lookout for the pedophilia. I'm sure there's the boring illegal stuff you'd expect, like mountains of cocaine, but there's also likely to be trafficking of adults, and even things like murder for hire at play here.
Epstein Island is being characterized as the place you go to have sex with kids, but it should probably be characterized as the place you go where there's no laws because you're rich.
