@chiversenz@jinnieshinnie The censure at yesterday’s RD conference seems to have cut them off at the knees. The committee needs a quick ‘success’ to remain in their jobs, I would think.
@jinnieshinnie Interesting timing. Up to this point the BMA has generally rejected such offers without putting them to members. Then, yesterday the BMA RD team was censured at the RD Conference for wrecking the reputation of the profession. It feels like they are now looking for a way out.
@james_jabroni@Heccles94 Absolutely not. ‘Homo’ means ‘same’. Homophobia is about SAME SEX BY DEFINITION. Anyone who is talking about identity rather than sex is talking about a different phobia that isn’t homophobia.
@murtagh_shaun@HertsNeu@habsboys@habsgirlsschool@DanielKebedeNEU@NEUnion Employers use it because it’s a totally legitimate way of protecting the financial future of their organisation….including its employees you fool. The idea that unions can set pay conditions is dying quickly. Crawl back under the stone under which you congealed.
@DanielKebedeNEU Socialism is the failure in all of this. It brings marginal improvements to the least productive members of society at the expense of those who try to drive prosperity. The left is not the correct answer to the right. Hard leftists like you have GIVEN us the Right!
@DanielKebedeNEU Even Labour are not currently supporting unions. The idea that people can continue to collectively force increases in pay is dying. And when that dies, so do unions. Excellent!
@DrNickDalmon@wesstreeting They would, but Resident Doctors are demanding salaries that make it too expensive. Unions are making it impossible to prioritise patient safety.
@DanielKebedeNEU Unionised teachers are by far the biggest culprits when it comes to letting kids down. Unions keep the most dangerous, laziest, selfish, obstructive and incompetent people in the job, wrecking kids lives along the way.
