@BBCNews Plenty of very skilled, experienced people who want to work- no jobs out there or experience seen as expensive by many. In education, the model is employ cheap, offload expensive. And this is within a system where even those who are on the books are demanding pay rises!

ESPECIALLY in primary schools where the children have absolutely no concept of what is happening.

It is unnecessary and poses a serious safeguarding risk.

@PaulGarvey4 Not our experience with ISI. Huge waiting list. Massive queue of old boys, privilege and ‘who you knows’. That and those looking to put it on their cv to either gain next steps promotion/remain relevant on the ‘circuit’. Wonder why inspection processes are being questioned!
