@BBCNews Plenty of very skilled, experienced people who want to work- no jobs out there or experience seen as expensive by many. In education, the model is employ cheap, offload expensive. And this is within a system where even those who are on the books are demanding pay rises!
@Thebiglade Good health, good connections and a few lucky breaks along the way. Winning the birth lottery and being fortunate through random chance, I guess.
@Nithya_Shrii Yes and it took a profound life changing event to properly see it. Not everyone is rooting for you or unconditionally loyal. You’re thinking of the friendship from 20 years ago. They have turned into someone deeply unpleasant in the background since. A real shame.
@OfficialLouRR@alexhrbfc@DailyMail Agree. And the issue is, as ever, money and poor leadership. The most highly paid will say there’s no money or resource and will restructure/use employment law to force out the most experienced/expensive.
Schools. Should. Stop. Posting. Photos. Of. Children.
ESPECIALLY in primary schools where the children have absolutely no concept of what is happening.

Just STOP.
@OhDear_Friend Beware the psychos who will use you keeping your private life to yourself as ammunition to get rid of you. Along the lines of ‘too private… distant…no one knows what’s going on for them…’ as manufactured phrases to frame you as being impersonal.
@PaulGarvey4 Not our experience with ISI. Huge waiting list. Massive queue of old boys, privilege and ‘who you knows’. That and those looking to put it on their cv to either gain next steps promotion/remain relevant on the ‘circuit’. Wonder why inspection processes are being questioned!
