@theoneshow my daughter has a Citroen, has a lifetime Chronic illness and is a student nurse. As I am the registered keeper of the car (she pays the insurance) Citroen will only reimburse the £22 to me. You have to supply taxi receipts and bank statements!
Well done @tescogroceries! My 83 year old Mum messed up the online shop, the delivery driver called before leaving the store to check they knew they only had one item in the shopping. We were able to canx it and save them the under £50 charge.
@DunelmUK - what a sorry state of affairs. An 82 year old lady puts the wrong delivery address down and no one will do anything to help! She knows it was her mistake but she has spent hundreds with you over the years!
@BritishGasHelp Hello- any response? Or is it ok to leave two elderly people with a system they can no longer use/understand? I think after waiting 2 1/2 months we’ve been quite patient. Guess what - that patience is running out.
@BritishGas you have to be joking!!! Hive booked for elderly parents at the beginning of Sept. installation today. A phone call 2 hrs before cancelling!! After half hour on the phone cut off not once but twice by your incompetent staff!
@curryspcworld ,your customer service is disgusting. To be told that my dad nor reporting an issue at the beginning of this lockdown is ‘irrelevant’ is disgusting! I wish to put in a formal complaint about the person I spoke to, he transfers me and you hang up!!!!
@meganjosiee She’s only just 18. Been really ill for a few years so gutted for her. She and her friend brought two weekend tickets! She parted with the money and nothing from him. He’s now blocked her and my husband. Tried the bank but he’s already taken the money out.
