There is a lot going on out there running AI models.
Can anyone recommend a hosting for running custom pytorch transformers?
Would appreciate docker containers on Azure, but open to other platforms.

I’ve been silent for the last 3 months, and I want to share why.
Sometimes life forces you to refocus, and for me, that meant putting my day-to-day business first so I wouldn’t go broke.
Before that, I made some mistakes in how I approached my goal to build a SaaS to make money. I got caught up in chasing the wrong things—focusing on shiny stats like clicks and impressions. It felt like progress, but in reality, I was just running in circles, not moving forward.
This experience has been a wake-up call, and it got me thinking about how we’re conditioned to learn, but not to act.
In school, we’re taught to memorize and punished if we don’t get it right the first time. This mindset stays with us - we think success is about following steps perfectly, like copying a recipe. We watch tutorials, read guides, and believe if we repeat the steps, we’ll achieve the same results as those viral influencers that are making millions.
But that’s not how real success works. The process isn’t about memorization—it’s about trial and error. It’s about trying, failing, and learning along the way. The setbacks - like losing customers, low conversions, or people clicking away—aren’t failures. They’re lessons:
What didn’t work? What can I adjust?
The truth is, this process of learning and adapting is rarely talked about. You don’t learn it in school or see it in glossy online success stories. But it’s the cornerstone of entrepreneurship and building something meaningful. Success comes from engaging with the process, learning from small steps, and using those lessons to grow.
I fell into the same trap. I chased numbers, thinking they equaled progress, but I was wrong. After realizing this, I took a step back. I asked myself: What can I do differently?
Instead of chasing metrics, I focused on actionable changes. I got help with better advertising strategies and began working on meaningful adjustments.
This shift has made all the difference. I’m finally seeing real progress because I’m not just chasing stats—I’m focusing on the right actions and learning from every step. It’s a reminder that real growth doesn’t come from memorizing someone else’s playbook. It comes from engaging with the process, embracing challenges, and being willing to adapt.
To anyone else building something: don’t let the numbers distract you. Take a step back, ask the hard questions, and focus on the process. The lessons you learn along the way are what truly lead to growth.
@nico_jeannen@marclou Do you talk about that topic in your course?
So you mean you try to scale the value down over time or am I misunderstanding the image?
@screenfluent Good to hear. As Pieter Levels said people like stories. The updates are worth it. People can learn to avoid such situations or learn how you have overcome them.
I'm in somewhat similar situation (debt), so i can understand the struggle.
@tibo_maker can you give advice on how to tackle this on Tiktok?
I uploaded a video created by @revid_ai with a length of 49s. In my opinion a nice comfy reflection video.
But got it auto flagged to not be unique for the For you page.
Write this phrase on a print and hang it on your wall.
Seeing the sign everyday you pass that wall, is a training hack.
"NOW, not how" -> that kicked my self doubt few months ago when i was reading Million Dollar Weekend from @noahkagan
Or this quote from Tony https://t.co/rKlP1a9bza
After many years of declining project quality assurance i think this is the final kicker.
Quality Gates in DevOps and services like Sonar cloud will have a new rising tide in the coming 2-3 years.
Then a call for Code Quality experts or architects will be there. That is the time to make money.
Another good work day. I'm in talks with another dev to start an agency for a better project flow.

The full focus on freelancing business this month is necessary to have more buffer for the coming months. I still see organic activity for my website and it needs some organic marketing via videos on TikTok or Instagram.
I'll try @revid_ai this week to free up my time. @tibo_maker is there an API already for creating video drafts from prompts?
This week started great. Doing a lot of backend Unit testing for a client.
Website traffic is low for my side project. I need to add more blog articles.
But when to take time for that 🤔?

I think your openness to talk about accelerating the EU, instead of most of us who just complain about how bad things are, is like an acceleration itself.
Opening doors to new opportunities (Stripe CEO, EU,...) and spreading positive thinking. Like liting a spark in the dark of Europe.
First I didn't realize, how we tend to complain, instead of finding solutions. But now I see the excitement that was missing. Elon said it so well with the phrase "...A future worth getting excited about..."
