@janashortal I’ll add, we’ve also been turned away by several builders who won’t build a downsized home for less than $300k either. And it’s a hard NO when we suggest building a small custom plan outside of their development.

@janashortal Not just first time home buyers feeling the squeeze. We relocated here last year and can’t even see a house before it’s gone. Homes we CAN see need an addl $50k+ in repairs or updates. So, “no” appears to be your answer. Without $300k...we rent OR commute for 2 hours each way.

@ChildishPod @AlisonRosen @GregFitzShow Mom of 23 & 19 year old “kids”. Fortunately this hasn’t been a thing in my life but had nothing but empathy while listening to Greg. Nurturing healthy relationships with kids as they get older is no joke. Parenting only gets harder as kids get older, in my opinion.
