@turo long time customer here. Do u care about ethics? Do u think it’s ethical to allow ur hosts to bill ur customers for overnight parting 18hr. in the short term airport parking? That’s what happened to me! I’ve tried resolving this on all channels! Very unethical!

@Hertz Not picked up yet-trying to change existing reservation w/ a Hertz rep who can understand & accommodate my request. Is there a number for a local call center? The number I call is to a very scripted call center overseas who have a hard time processing complicated requests.

@AmericanAir Well, it looks like I’ll be regretfully flying AmericanAir (again) into CAE this spring since you’re one of the few who operate there. Any tips to lesson the foul treatment by AA staff? Or do you suppose this is isolated to the TPA AA check in counter?
