Joined a FB group called American Airlines Complaints. I am still fighting to get some sort of refund for leaving us stranded in NY and for the $30 baggage charge they never handled our baggage,because they canceled our flight. Their are 1000s of complaints.

Very disappointed with American Airlines customer service. Their system cancelled me on the return portion of my flight, and their responses to my complaints were unsatisfactory. Cancelling my AA credit cards immediately, and choosing other carriers. #AmericanAirlines
