@SAS @SAS_Helps I did the same. This still didn't resolve my original issue and @SAS provided no support! I feel scammed both by this fake SAS help support/assist and by the airline itself!!!!!!!

@GeminiSupport Reached many times out to get info about my closed account and no response at all. Looks like once you're not a customer with them, they don't care to answer about any of your questions and concerns.

@AmericanAir Nothing about Americanir is stress free! They lost my luggage, claimed my receipt was fake when it wasn't so they can deny my claim, and then won't help you at all! Trust me no matter how cheap their flights are or what they offer, it's not worth flying with them!

@RyanairFlights Terrible customer service! Inquired about changing a flight as I'm flying into country with spikes in Covid cases and the agent disconnects from the chat. Go with another airline who cares about their customers!

@Ryanair You allow customers who booked in July and Aug to change their flights w/o fees, but I'll be charged even though Im flying in Aug. Now Croatia is dealing with an increase in cases and mandating US travelers get covid testing which will cost more than your flight!

@BankofAmerica why is it I get 3 different experiences when I call your claims dept so I can get my proper refund! First rep was great, thank you Jeff for a quick resolution! 2nd rep didn't know what I was talking about, and 3rd rep is asking me to mail in supportive docs.

@AmericanAir If you actually treated your customer's concerns seriously and with respect, I'd fly with you, but you didn't! You lost my luggage, your baggage dept lied to deny my claim and hung up on me twice. You failed to resolve the problem and you have a track record of delayed flights!

@DB_Bahn Ich habe das Abo uber das SBahn Unternehmen in Berlin abgeschlossen. Ich hatte hier trotz der Kundigungsfrist etwas mehr Entgegenkommen bei der derzeitigen Lage erwartet aber in Deutschland geht man scheinbar blind nach den Regeln.
