@Y2SHAF This is why Henry Ford instituted a 5-day workday.
So folks can rest and eventually spend on his cars and other goods.
Today?
Many of the higher-ups don’t even think that far.
@TheGBreaker Every family stricken with chronic inflammation and 21st Century diseases also has that one.
One who keeps exploring diet and nutrition.
Had an aunt who took up this role.

What you do now matters.
@theo_jil In my area of cell nutrition and stem cells?
The rich buy foods and guidance to help them live longer and happier.
The poor buy whatever that erases joint aches right away.
Doesn’t need much moolah to do either.

@alphaman_111 In where I live 🇲🇾, you can claim tax relief with your health checkup costs.

@stijnnoorman Been hearing across the board that Twitter articles don’t rank just as much, as they should.
But definitely been seeing results with comments.
@Devsthetix Honestly I’d have new folks just work on getting diet basics right first before any muscle-first items.
Like cutting out ramen at 3AM
And picking 5-10 go-to whole foods to build up their meal plan for the week.
