@Eric130_7@antov2401@RealCandaceO Basic history, but they ignore it to push ideology. Erase history and use Christianity as a catalyst. Even when they say it's all myth.
@ElderZimriah@Timcast It's always nice to see reasonable, rational people. My children's god mother is a Lesbian who speaks just like you. Got along really well at work and she'd try really hard after work to hang out and help my wife when she was pregnant. Could not think of a better choice.
@RandPaul Wrong, we import everything now. That is the issue. Basic things that can be produced in the US. Quit crying over a solution when you have 0 value to being.
@dremicdre@brucejsanchez1@Kush6xi@Timcast You've proved nothing. It doesn't grant it the power to enforce that law. Checks and balances, as you say. You should try reading it.
@dremicdre@brucejsanchez1@Kush6xi@Timcast drastically fell off, and definitions quickly changed. Judges were not fully established, so new ones could easily self define things. The issues we have today could very easily be faced then.
@dremicdre@brucejsanchez1@Kush6xi@Timcast If you take the names of those who ratified the constitution and cross-referenced this who served in Congress after the first election, you'll see there's no way to tell other than a handful served at that time. The men who wrote, defined and agreed on the constitution;
@dremicdre@brucejsanchez1@Kush6xi@Timcast No, it's not. You're missing several things. Just like many federal laws, they are null and void, as the constitution says. The states must take care of their own issues. The power they have would be to work with the executives to perform audits.
@dremicdre@brucejsanchez1@Kush6xi@Timcast Where does it say they can't? If it's not a process of creating a law and it's under the constitutional powers, then they can. The executive is the branch for enforcing the constitution and then law. That means the powers that enforce are under the executive branch.
