@easyJet Thank you Robbie much appreciate you picking this up for me. What email address should I send the details and letter to, bearing in mind the confidential nature? Tried to cancel via the website and it stated contact customer support for illness related cancelations.

@easyJet after waiting and waiting I then got dropped!! I then tried calling customer service, the usual menu system then put on hold music, I waited and waited and waited some more...nothing and charged 50p/min for the couldn’t careless privelage! @easyJet you should be ashamed! https://t.co/q7HomnRERK
