Genuinely how does this even work? Like is there a criteria? Why is government support being used to facilitate marriages? Are you people normal like this?
This is Chima Emmanuel. He came from Onitsha to the training center in Enugu this morning.
He has been working on several DIY projects for the last 15 years, and he needs an opportunity to express himself and achieve his dreams.
He has built real flying drones and other amazing projects.
We will support his journey, and the world will know him.
We started the renewable energy introduction training with the young engineers.
Everything is purely practical and experiential. These trainings are completely free for the children and our center is in Enugu.
They will learn how to make solar panels and generate energy using wind and biomass.
The future is looking exciting from the South East.
1956: Federal Lawmaker Dickson Kanu Onwenu Killed on Aba Road, Father of Music Icon Onyeka Onwenu:
Dickson Kanu Onwenu lost his life in 1956 on the Aba–Port Harcourt road.
He was 40 years old at the time. The accident happened as he returned from a political engagement, cutting short a career that had placed him at the center of public life in the Eastern Region.
At the moment of his death, Onwenu was serving Port Harcourt in the Federal House of Representatives. He had held the seat since 1954. Before entering parliament, he worked as an educator and was acting principal of Enitonia High School in Port Harcourt.
He was also active in community organizing, serving as secretary of the Port Harcourt branch of the Igbo State Union.
He was a member of the NCNC and later served as a town councillor. In 1954 he was named to the Port Harcourt Caretaker Committee following the dissolution of the town council.
By 1956 he was being prepared for national office. He was scheduled to be sworn in as Nigeria’s Minister of Education that same year, a position he never assumed.
Onwenu is remembered today as the father of Onyeka Onwenu, the singer, broadcaster and cultural advocate who became one of Nigeria’s most recognizable public figures.
She was just four when her father died.
The crash on the Aba–Port Harcourt highway ended what many saw as a promising political path, but his name lived on through his daughter’s work in music, media and public service.
An 8-year-old boy walked through those doors. A man walks out. Dream lived. Purpose fulfilled. To every academy player at Chelsea: keep believing. Your time will come. Never give up. 💙
I just learned this morning that Bryan Eze qualified for the International Economics Olympiad in China to represent Nigeria, but the Ministry of Education said that there is no money to sponsor him.
They approached the Ebonyi State Government for support and the government said that they are not interested. So he missed it.
I became curious after he won the Sterling Bank National Online Maths Quiz yesterday.
This is heartbreaking.

Last month, Bryan qualified for the International Economics Olympiad in China, but sadly, he could not travel because of many issues. I was involved and did my best to help, but unfortunately, nothing worked.
But today, the story changed.
This brilliant 14-year-old student of White Cloud College, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, emerged as the winner of the Sterling Bank Online Maths Quiz, taking home the ₦500,000 prize. 🎉
He has not only made his school proud; he has made Ebonyi State proud.
