Museums connect us through culture, heritage and shared stories.
On #InternationalMuseumDay, @UNESCO and @IcomOfficiel are highlighting museums as places for dialogue, learning and exchange that bring people together across cultures and generations.
Because museums do more than preserve the past. They help shape more inclusive and connected societies.

If therapy hasn't helped, the most useful question is: what was it actually targeting?
Some approaches focus heavily on insight, understanding why you feel the way you do. That's valuable, but insight on its own rarely produces behavioral change. Others focus on symptom management, which helps in the short term but doesn't always expand your life.
What tends to produce lasting change is work that targets the patterns keeping you stuck, specifically the ways you've been organizing your life around avoiding certain feelings or thoughts, and that connects you to what you genuinely want to be moving toward. If neither of those things was part of the work, there may well be a more useful approach available.
Something on your mind? Leave your question in the comments and I'll do my best to get to it.
