@Byehorse@GWRHelp It’s not ideal when you’re a woman travelling alone in a hot, busy, unventilated train surrounded by large groups of men knocking back bottles of whisky, continually vaping, cheering and banging the ceiling. But thanks for your input.

@premierinn I’m curious why it’s your policy to say lost property is not available for return. What do you do with it? Bin it or sell it? Seems v poor customer service as well as a huge failure in sustainability.
@O2 randomly blocked my new phone a few days ago, leaving me with no service - and they don’t know how to fix it. Based on community posts this happened to others on the same day. How can I escalate this as there is obviously an issue that no one in customer services can resolve.
@O2 I spent an hour on phone to customer services today and your online service checker says a phone mast isn’t working. But do you have any idea how much longer I will be without service please? No one has info on this and it’s been about 10 hours already
