Yes, the livestream individual seemed to be encouraging the “coup”, however that is not what the title indicates.

@cassidoo I agree that the employers should change their mindset, but so did he in some way. He is not saying they are correct for doing what they do, just that they do what they do, so one thing that can help against that, is what he then states
@cassidoo Doesn’t he specifically say that his advice is based on research they have conducted, and therefore the advice is fairly legitimate, if the number one reason for being overlooked is due to short work stints? Regardless of how we think it should be, this is a current reality.

@DThompsonDev And sometimes people leaving is all about fear or worries. Someone not feeling adequate enough and leave because of fear. Sometimes these types just need a little more encouragement instead of letting them decide for themselves, as sometimes their own decisions is bad for them.
@DThompsonDev I do however agree that people tend to leave way too fast, without them even having to assess the situation and really think about it. Impulse leave I feel is bad, however, calculated call on leaving is sometimes necessary.
