@Olacabs I have taken a ride on 24th June and had some issues with that ride. After contacting your Customer care multiple times they promised to refund the amount to the ola money postpaid account,so far nothing is done and they followup for payment.
Very Poor customer service.

@idea_cares Mr Reddy at Gayatri Service Store at Jagtial shouts at customers for asking them how long will they take to cater to such a small requirement of my father. We have been promptly paying bills month after month and there is absolutely no consideration from your people.

@idea_cares My father has been running behind your Store for the past six months to convert his Postpaid connection to prepaid. Your Store Gayatri Services at Jagtial is a classic example of worst cust service store. It is highly unbecoming of a Service provider of your repute.
