Two years ago, Peter Obi listed all the major roads in the six regions of Nigeria which required urgent attention.
At the time when PO made this tweet, the Edo-Agbor expressway had not deteriorated this badly.
In fact, PO acknowledged that the budget for the Ministry of Finance in 2024, would probably not have been enough to fix these roads.
Some of these roads are now death traps and unmotorable. People are spending days on the road to commute to their destinations.
Edo and Delta state governments are controlled by APC, but instead of revamping their roads, they are focused on delivering their states for Tinubu in 2027.
Some mothers who were in abusive marriages shielded their sons from what their husbands were doing while trauma-dumping on their daughters.
Now those daughters are grown women desperately trying not to become their mothers, carrying anger from their fathers and projecting it onto every man they meet. Meanwhile, some men are looking for women who are like their mothers and failing miserably.
It’s sad. A lot of you need therapy. Your parents were terrible spouses, and you’re still living with the consequences.
These are the men you need to hold accountable for the disaster on the Benin Bypass;
Sen. David Umahi: In charge of federal funding, contracts and major highway projects.
Engr. Chukwuemeka Agbasi: In charge of emergency repairs on federal roads.
Mr. Edafe Shingle: In charge of construction and equipment on the Benin–Agbor–Asaba road.
Mr. Ike Chioke: In charge of private financing for the highway expansion.
Nigeria: Islamic terrorists held a mass assembly of Christian hostages.
The Muslims forced these believers, from multiple tribes, to beg in their native languages to be ransomed.
This evil is intolerable and must be ripped out of Nigeria, root and branch.
Today marks the official nationwide kickoff of the presidential campaign for all political parties.
For Peter Obi, the ask is simple: give him four years, not eight. His ambition is not about clinging to power for eight years. It is about using four years to lay the foundation for a New Nigeria strong enough to outlive any one administration.
Four years of discipline, competence, accountability and purposeful leadership can change the direction of our country.
Today, the journey to laying the foundation for a New Nigeria begins.
