@AnthropicAI This is bad, I hope you will plan some refund for people trusting your paid plans from outside the US, because we paid in good faith and lost access overnight for reasons completely outside our control.”
@diazjulio0071@AnthropicAI Same for me. I hope you will plan some refund for people trusting your paid plans from outside the US, because we paid in good faith and lost access overnight for reasons completely outside our control.
🟨Modulr Testnet Update⬛️
🟨A lot has been done recently, starting with the wallet. We've added a Chrome extension - our wallet for account management and interaction with the ecosystem & chain. It's already in the process of being approved by Google. We'll probably also add it to the Firefox store later.
⬛️We've initiated a beautiful new website redesign. It looks 10x more professional and better matches our trajectory as a serious builder in robotics space. We'll release a preview of our new website tomorrow.😉
🟨Testnet has been running smoothly on 5 geographically distributed validators. The network is showing stability, but as always, minor tweaks, improvements, and fixes are needed. Before the last restart (initiated by us), the network reached a height of 709 738 blocks. This is fantastic! With the current parameters, the network generates ~150 blocks per epoch and a block time of 500ms.😱
⬛️We've streamlined our Github branches—be sure to follow us, you can find the link in our bio🙏). No more weird names – everything essential is in the main branch, as well as the testing and feature branches. We've also agreed on a unified naming strategy for the blockchain and robotics departments.
🟨We've successfully completed testing and research to find a suitable VM. We've tried SVM (@solana VM), MoveVM (@Aptos / @SuiNetwork), and, of course, EVM (@ethereum). EVM was deemed the best candidate, and its codebase is also written in Golang, so we're already in the process of integrating EVM into Modulr.⚡️
⬛️We've made a number of minor improvements: added per-epoch statistics (for visualization in the explorer dashboards), and did bug fixes for servers stability and their interaction with the point of distribution. Also - added more advanced and detailed logging to make incident investigations easier for the team.
The work continues🦾
Some have asked us if we’ll be able to survive a bear market in 2026.
The answer is yes.
Our revenue is not dependent on magic internet money.
It’s dependent on the advancement of robotics globally, and robotics is the new AI.
P.s. - revenue will be used to buy $MDR off the open markets once the ecosystem fund is fully deployed ⚡️
What is $TAO? And what the hell are Subnets?
If you’ve been around crypto long enough, you know this feeling:
A project starts getting attention, people mention it everywhere and suddenly you realise:
Damn, I should probably understand what this thing actually does.
So let’s keep it simple, clean and straight to the point.
Today we talk about $TAO (Bittensor) and Subnets. Two things that will dominate your timeline a LOT more in the next few years.
@Modulr_Robotics@Modulr_Robotics never stops, they are relentless, make note anon. Those weeks are the best buying opportunities you can dream of, Billions is programmed.
Never fade big brains, aggressive marketing, and biggest niche in the making. Robotics is here to stay 💎
I still maintain that aside from Avici and Neptune Cash, @Modulr_Robotics will be one of the best performers in the longer-term and it's possible now to get in at rock bottom prices. Devs are still devving the remote teleops, but with a team from the likes of Moog, NASA, and Amazon, I have no doubt this'll come together in good time and the remote teleop platform will be live for the world.
So then the question becomes: what is the value of remote teleops?
Well we know Viam, based in New York, has raised over 100 million in the last years. We know Hexagon AB has a market cap north of 30 billion, and we know Symbiotic has a market cap of 40b+. We also know that the current biggest player in web3 robotics is peaq, a layer-1. The only other layer-1 within the category of note is Modulr. Essentially, Modulr will be the Airbnb of robotics and one of if not the only robotics-as-a-service (RaaS) platform on the market. Anyone from anywhere will be able to remotely tele-op a physical AI/ robotic. The potential here is limitless, on the B2C side or B2B
🏫 remote robotic open days for universities
☢️ teleops in unsafe zones (chernobyl, disaster sites)
🗺️ tourism from your pc: see anywhere, real-time
♿ accessibility for disabled or low-income users
🏬 in-store audits for brand reps
🚁 industrial inspection via drone teleops
🥊 virtual robotic boxing
etc, etc.
All the while, every request will stream through the native coin, making Modulr the global coordination layer for physical AI & robotics. The only reason it’s currently at these prices, macro aside, is because we’re early... pre-mainnet, pre-partners. For me, this is a calculated bet at rock bottom, in one of the fastest-growing narratives - that mainnet launches successfully and partners pour in.
This isn't a shill, make your own decisions, just my personal beliefs.
We believe Modulr is the key to making robotics accessible to everyone: an open network connecting robotics, AI, compute, and data.
This roadmap is how we build that future.
If you share this vision, join us—as an $eMDR holder, service provider, or robotics team—and help shape the global robot economy.
@Modulr_Robotics Good ideas team, always love the energy you put in your comms.
Hum... Maybe create some kind of quests that reward NFTs. Holding 3 different NFTs could give us beta access to tele operations or partner discounts ?
📢 $eMDR holders: what rewards would you like to see?
As we move closer to Modulr's testnet/mainnet, we're exploring ways to reward holders.
If you have a good idea for how Modulr can 🅰️encourage network growth and 🅱️reward useful work (beyond just staking, for instance), then make your voice heard.
Keep in mind that our network will be an open marketplace for robotics, AI, data, and compute. Service providers will obviously be rewarded for whatever service they provide (robots, compute, etc), but how can individual holders help contribute?
