@WestJet So what I have been stressed about just happened. Flights to depart on Thursday just cancelled and our party of 5 just got split up literally from Vancouver to Halifax and some arriving day late impacting connections. Trip on hold for 2.5 years now off to terrible start

@cibc for 4 months I’ve been watching my 84 yr old Mom try to negotiate red tape to rebook flight credit w Aventura. On hold for hours, no call backs/no reply to emails and misinformation when she does speak to someone. She has a case number but no resolution. #0CustomerService
