@cibc for 4 months I’ve been watching my 84 yr old Mom try to negotiate red tape to rebook flight credit w Aventura. On hold for hours, no call backs/no reply to emails and misinformation when she does speak to someone. She has a case number but no resolution. #0CustomerService

@Finnair called yesterday the customer service for 20 min with no answer. Today called the English number open 24/7, listened to a record stating how important i am to Finnair for 50 min, no answer. Disappointing to say the least #0customerservice, #whereisfinnairgoing #finnair

Luggage story continued: #KLM was unable to deliver my suitcase. It did not go on the promised flight and once it did finally make it to Norwich it was not collected for delivery. Also, insufficient communication from both #Norwichairport and #KLM. #totalfail #0customerservice

BancorpSouth called me saying my debit card may be compromised & I should call.I called 7 Xs & put on hold &they never answered. Meanwhile my card was suspended while eating out. Last call on hold for over an hour & no response.Worst customer service ever @MyBXS #0customerservice
