@British_Airways on booking reference XIFDVO I arranged assistance to and from the aircraft door for the entirety of the booking. However nothing was arranged for the return the airports at Billind and Heathrow helped on request. What happened? Why? Not happy! David Forrester.

@CaPP3 @NewcastleHosps @UniofNewcastle Yes John a top man and a gentleman in every sense of the word. He robotically removed my prostate in March 2013 and like you my psa is still nil. Hard to say how thankful I am.

@MarshSongs John, just seen the 'Mack the Knife' prostate song - absolutely brilliant - and love the reference to a 'Geordie prostatectomy'. Clearly means loads to you, but pretty significant to me and loads of blokes I know who've also had one. Many thanks to all. Happy Christmas!

@CitroenUK My Citroen update available 4 maps/touchscreen, but links only given for Windows and Mac, but not Linux. As an Ubuntu Linux user how can I obtain Citroen Connect Update? BTW 'Wine' is generally understood, by linux users, as 'Windows Is Not Emulated' so no solution!

@Tesco Just got a parking ticket from Tesco Walsall after our first visit. Not offered car park validation at check-out (was on second visit). As pensioners had to pay £30 to shop at Tesco. Never again - once bitten, twice shy! Plenty of other retailers with free parking in area!

Our staff covid vaccination program draws to a close today as we’ve offered 2 doses to all our 17,000 staff.

We’ve had great take up especially from people at higher risk. A huge achievement!

Thanks to all the team who have worked so hard to keep us safe 🙏 #outstanding

@NewcastleCC The crash of bottles being collected for recycling was the audible accompaniment to the two minute silence in West Denton. Disgraceful and disrespectful! Lip service to remembrance is easy the practice it seems is not!

[Cancer champion @ChampionCancer]

Must see, this is brilliant!

@Barclays most bizarre answer to enquiry about extending loan. No loans at present because of covid losses. With guaranteed income to underwrite our loan, bank would MAKE money from us. Unless things have changed since I did my accountancy course profits actually reduce losses.

#COVID19 has made it even harder for cancer patients to get the tests and treatment they need.

That's why we've united with 25 cancer charities to ask Government for a plan to restore cancer services.

@sainsburys we are the wrong side of 65 but right side of 70, we both have chest problems making it safer to self-isolate. We can only collect. Store near us at NE5 is Throckley but nearest collection is at Heaton on the opposite side of the city. Why restrict to so few stores?

@Ryanair with Denmark closing its borders on 14/03/20 & FCO advising against all but essential travel, tourist visitors will be denied entry. Why are flights going ahead for passengers who cannot be landed?

[Cancer champion @ChampionCancer]

@BarclaysUK Have given Mobile App poor rating before. Not changed. Still pointless. Not having to go to bank to pay in cheques should be good, but all but impossible to do. Even if I get a good image - it is very picky about that, then get Oops screen. Would give a minus if poss!

@dobbies very disappointed with dobbies card. Free drink cost 70p & the free mince pie had to be paid for. This can be added to the card account - coupons shouldn't be needed. 3rd rate along with service so slow the drink is cold by the time we've queued for the till. Why renew?
