The Boring Company is the missing link to reviving the North American Water and Power Alliance — NAWAPA a visionary continental transformation that JFK championed for a grand infrastructure project to secure water, energy, and economic growth by redirecting abundant northern freshwater (from rivers flowing into the Arctic) southward via tunnels, reservoirs, canals, and simply managing the hydrological cycle more sustainably.

NAWAPA would replenish aquifers, mitigating floods/runoff, while generating a massive abundance of new clean power thru hydropower systems, transforming arid regions, preventing droughts, enhancing agriculture, and being truly vital to the long-term security of preserving the American Way of Life.

China is already years ahead in mega-scale water diversion, even @WilliamShatner proposed a basic interstate water pipeline project to help California a decade ago.

The economic impact of NAWAPA isn't a moon shot, it would create generational wealth for North America, and surpass the Hoover Dam and the construction of the Interstate State Highway system in the level of positive impact to the daily life of hundreds of millions of Americans.

Many of them have a capped/fixed salary, so there isn’t an incentive to grow. They are better off to go down the street.

I recently travelled to Austin, and 2 things that stood out to me were the homeless population and the graffiti. The homeless population was sure resembling LA and the graffiti was like I’ve never seen, this was just steps from the capital. Texas better step it up @GregAbbott_TX
