Diwali is the biggest festival of HINDUS and mostly bankers are posted far away and are unable to go home and celebrate since banks are open on very next day i.e. 1st Nov.

We should call all India bank employees strike for 3 major issues:
1. 5 day banking
2. Safety and respect of bankers
3. Salary at par with LIC

After reading Suicide news every often.. its high time to react or else one day we will loose someone close to us.

सरकारी बैंकों के दर्जनों कर्मचारियों ने अपनी बात रखी है। वे अपने कामकाज के दबाव से बहुत परेशान हैं। कई बेहतर विकल्प के तलाश में हैं। सरकार को इनसे संवाद करनी चाहिए। जबरन दबाव और टारगेट का तनाव कम करना चाहिए। अच्छी स्थिति नहीं है।
