Hi, why do the trains leave earlier than their scheduled departure? Is there a reason or just changes as per driver to drivers wishes?

@TrainsInfo So for a 12.48 departure the train arrives early, doors close at 12.46.40, a minute in advance for punctuality ,so thats normal? Cool. Got it. Thanks for the response.
