"What are you going to eat after you eat your fist" I asked my infant shoving her hand in her mouth.
"The fist beneath it" she replied.
"But what will you eat after THAT fist?" I asked triumphantly.
"Silly father. You think you're being clever, but it's fists all the way down!"
This is completely unacceptable. The situation in the Amazon during the corona pandemic is truly alarming in many ways.
We must #DefendTheDefenders of the forest. There can be no climate justice without indigenous rights.

This is the definition of UNSEEN. Everyone deserves to be safe in their home no matter what.
We can no longer exploit the resources of this earth—the trees, the water, and other natural resources—without any care for coming generations. Common sense tells us that unless we change, we won’t survive. This Earth Day let’s resolve to live in harmony with nature.
This week is 50th anniversary of Earth Day, in which 20 million people across the US took action for the planet. If 20 million actively demanded climate solutions, we would win them. What would it take to get 20 million active for climate now? We don't have another 50 years.

BREAKING: A tiger at the Bronx Zoo has tested positive for Covid-19. 6 other tigers and lions at the zoo are also showing symptoms. Believed to have been infected by an asymptomatic zoo worker. All doing well. To my knowledge, this is the first animal to test positive in the U.S.
