Hello, I am unable to online check in through the app as it come up with error when I get to the ETA part. I have an ETA that has been approved for this trip. Can I check in at the desk when I arrive at Heathrow tomorrow if this doesn’t rectify? Thank you.

Hello, on your app I can see my seat reservation but cannot see that I have paid for a checked bag. When I go to my itinerary email, it definitely states x1 checked bag each way. Should I be worried that it doesn’t show on your app, - Home Screen of my trip? Thank you.

Well, today was my last day with the LNFH medical team. Learnt absolutely loads, discovered my inner green side and met so many lovely chaps along the way 🥰
Now off to inpatient rehab.
(The team said the photo was non-negotiable 🤦‍♀️). @SHFT_AHP

I am absolutely fed up of the term ‘bed blockers’. These are people who are vulnerable and likely elderly. They are human beings. The NHS and social care is in crisis. Shame on anyone who uses this term to describe a person in need of care 😞
