On 4th November I planned to go to London for a disability rights conference, all trains were cancelled and I was unable to go due to no disabled access on the replacement coach transport

@SW_Help I have had 2 dealings with SWT station staff and both occasions couldn't have been any poorer not happy with disabled assistance
