@Trip is a million times more human, when I had problems with my hotels in the past, they will respond within minutes, and offer me to call and chat to their dedicated customer service member. @bookingcom seems to be such a faceless and careless corporate in comparison.

Their customer service is diabolical

I’ve had two incidents: -a hotel dog bite & them CANCELLING as I’m CHECKING IN.

They don’t answer the phone. They don’t provide support
