Introducing Inflowpay.
Collect one-time and recurring card payments from anywhere in the world. No punishing fees, no settlement delays, no chargeback hell, no local tax nightmares. Live in under an hour.
The first payment infrastructure built natively for a borderless world.
🚀 THE VISION: BEDS for sustainable, autonomous AI
🌿 SOBER: Energy-bounded by design
🔄 SYNCHRONIZED: Tracks reality continuously
🤖 AUTONOMOUS: Self-supervised by physics

I spent years trying to build the perfect digital twin.
Spark for massive data → more energy.
LLMs for implicit models → faster drift.
Blockchain for audit → heavier infra.
Then I inverted the question:
"What would a SOBER digital twin look like?"
That's when BEDS appeared. 🧵
I recently started writing on Substack about the progress/abundance movement. In the latest article I wrote about the design of the decentralized 3D mapping protocol I created while working on Extra Labs.
We are welcoming students, academics and industry colleagues to our 2024 CDT Annual Assembly.
We've got a great couple of days ahead including talks form our final MRes cohort and posters highlighting student outputs over the past 12 months.
Great opportunity to talk about how we approached the challenges posed by 3D geospatial data and its remote nature, and what our iterations towards a protocol capable of resolving the fragmentation of this data taught us. @ExtraLabs
@lesDecroissant and I will be at @FundingCommons Berlin on Septembre 8 and 9. Psyched to meet new people and chat about public goods and DePIN!
I'll also have the pleasure of joining the Mechanism Design Praxis Roundtable, scheduled on the 8, 11am.
New article on the @ExtraLabs blog! Read about our CLI package that won us @Filecoin and @dfnsHQ prizes at @ETHGlobal Paris. And if you want to dive deeper into our current work, check out our second article on compute-over-data!
Credits to @lesDecroissant for the articles 🙌
@carey_davies Hey, your thread is great but for the part about your encounter with the guardian dog: being this close to the flock is crazy, you could have been really hurt. When people don't respect security rules, they put the accessibility and traditions of these spaces at risk.
Gadus uses a 3D reconstruction pipeline that we produced from well-known algorithms like Poisson Surface Reconstruction. It process las format into 3dtiles. We'll release an official open source version soon!
Join us at the @foss4g 2023 in Prizren, Kosovo!
I'll be presenting @TheExtraProject's work during a talk titled "Introduction to decentralized geospatial digital twins: merging all LiDAR datasets in the world".
Come say hi!
