@Hermesparcels Hi, how do I know if a Hermes Parcelnet invoice I have been sent is genuine or not? I am told to pay this invoice or my parcel won't be delivered. However the parcel has already been delivered & I have been sent proof of this. Please advise, thank you

@RoyalMailHelp we are a small business & we have had at least 30 parcels still not delivered to different parts of the UK that were posted on & around 12/11. Can you advise if there was a significant issue around that time & if you are still struggling with a backlog. Thank you

@TalkTalk for 3 days now my youview box only partially records programmes & wont let me access the apps, often leaving me with a black screen. I am constantly turning the box on & off to get it to work at all. Please can you advise me how you can help with this. Thank you
