@BootsHelp My order number 675484623 was cancelled and I placed a new order 675401798 I simply clicked on reorder and paid the amount , now the new order shows the same value of 131 euros but with 4 items instead of 5 !!!! Please either refund the money or add the item !

@zomatocare I reordered today from the same id and this is the quantity received you can clearly see the difference now . This is the correct order from today which shows they did a mistake in the previous order. I genuinely would appreciate someone reaching out for the same at the earliest

@zomato Order Number -6139839004 . Polar bear is such a famous ice cream parlor and somewhere I go to every week ! But this is so disappointing! I received an order with literally a spoonful of it inside ! On trying to reach out there was no reply from the restaurant too !

@zomatocare Yes please . I am a regular user of Zomato , I was given a 100 rupees voucher on the next order when I complained for this and no possible communication with me too Instead of a replacement at the least !

If a restaurant is added to zomato it is your responsibility to provide after Sales Services to the customer too . I am attaching a picture for the same .

This clearly states how customer relationships are not paid attention to . I visit this restaurant frequently I know what is served and this was a mistake that happened this time since I order frequently too but there was no acknowledgement at all .

@makemytrip I had booked an international flight , now the first leg of the flight shows delay because of which my connecting flight would be missed ! I contacted my support who said to contact airlines which in return said to contact mmt back !!! What ridicule is this !
