Tanzanians break into tears, as they pay their last respects to late President John Magufuli, while his casket was being transferred from a church to Uhuru Stadium during his state funeral.
He excelled in terms of Infrastructure and the Economy. The common people loved him.

@Jorge93760183@cozwva@ZACConline@Zimra_11@edmnangagwa@InfoMinZW Civil Servants Are not breaking any law here. How can @Zimra_11 impound a car imported on rebate 2 Or 3 yrs ago on the pretext of using a "fake" rebate letter. Bonafide civil servants with all paperwork available but only to be told that my final rebate is not in the system?
@NowAvailable21 Laminating your certificates equates to tempering with them. In Information Science, once an official document is laminated, authenticity becomes questionable. NB// by 'Authenticity" we simply mean the quality of being genuine or real.
The main reason why you closed Kariba border was to try and decongest the border,I've attached a video of the high volumes of cars accumulating at Chirundu border at the moment, but do you consider the reasons behind the pile up of vehicles at Kariba and Chirundu borders.
Most of those vehicles are awaiting the approvals of their rebate applications which are taking long due to the failure to decentralise the processing especially from parent Ministry , PSC up to Ministry of Finance. If you can make efforts to decentralize i think it may go a long way in decongesting the ports of entry.
Of late we've noticed that you managed to clear and decongest at Kariba border post of which its counter productive to have Kariba Border lying idle at a time when Chirundu Border is being overwhelmed, its imperative you reopen Kariba border under a strict policy whereby only those vehicles with paperwork which is all ready (for rebates) and duty paid vehicles can only be processes as an express port of entry(and impose heavy storages charges as a deterrent measure to those who may want to leave their cars there for long), then those with issues can go through Chirundu which is spacious(should storage be needed).I think this may go a long way in creating efficiency and minimize delays at the ports of entry
