Please let me interview for the Chief Administration Officer. I have held this position before in AZ. Opened and licensed a hospital with AZDHS. We then were accredited with CIHQ and only had a few things that we need to get Medicare certified through the accreditation process. I was also the Pharmacist and Moderate Complexity Lab Director. I have one requirement. Government guarantees the salaries of all staff on the project. If the project closes down they receive pay and benefits for a set time afterwards.

I saw all of that data for my hospital. But our business model was different (wasn’t medicare in-network and didn’t accept medicaid) and therefore profitable at approximately 15 patients a day. We certainly had some uncovered costs along the way but as a general rule it was making quick progress on paying off all equipment loans.

@DrDiGiorgio Ok. Then we will send a fax once. When the patient dies because you didn’t respond… we will go to court and tell them the doctor wanted friction in their communication. Not our problem.

@elonmusk, If I made business plans, to do all the things people say they could do with taxing you, to actually make the world better. Would you consider it? I know I have heard other very well off people, I think @mcuban was one, that said “we would pay more taxes if we knew it wasn’t going to corruption.” We make it public, have our spending open to the public and traceable through a blockchain ledger of some sort… just saying 🤷‍♂️ maybe we could shut the haters up a little. @nickshirleyy can be our chief compliance officer and make frequent status reports through @X.
