Hi @AvantiWestCoast I was on the doomed 11:19 from Euston to M’cr on 23/10/22 - finally arriving at 20:47 (🤬) I booked direct with you but have not received any refund/compensation. This should happen automatically correct?

@AvantiWestCoast Oh I’ve just realised I was on an open return so the system won’t have known which train I was on. I’ve submitted a claim but this obviously doesn’t prove I was actually on that train … how can I make sure I still get my compensation?
