Great news! Our government is making it easier to apply for the Disability Tax Credit (DTC), helping tens of thousands more Canadians access the credit and the federal benefits it unlocks.
Here’s what’s changing:
1. Streamlined applications for those with a formal diagnosis of certain long-lasting conditions.
2. Expanded list of medical practitioners who can certify DTC eligibility.
3. $345M over six years, and $86M per year ongoing, in tax relief and increased federal benefit payments.
@AirCanada That gives an automatic message saying “non partner airlines”. However the tickets are booked ones through @AirCanada website. The funds are paid to @AirCanada. If AC decides to put us in a Non Partner airline, we shouldn’t be penalized for that, we trusted AC web to book & pay
Hey @Aeroplan : your rules make no sense. I book flights on @AirCanada website. Flights get delayed, you put me on another carrier, and then refuse to give me points for the trip. How does that make sense?
