I know journos say, "This will go down in history" more than a tad too much. But this will. Living illustration about the importance of being scrupulous and careful before launching an attack:

This was bizarre. I have never seen “evidence” introduced so quickly and then hidden.
Senator Eric Schmitt accuses Jack Smith of perjury for denying he went to an Atlanta Hawks game in February 2024. As it turns out, he went to an Iowa Hawkeyes game (in Maryland).
Jaw dropping. I have never seen a member of Congress so recklessly toss out claims of perjury as did Sen. Eric Schmitt -- claiming Jack Smith lied about not being in Atlanta -- when the senator's own research was demonstrably false.
🏀🏀Hawkeyes game in MD, not Hawks game in GA.
The US military budget accounts for 48% of total federal discretionary spending — while Americans lack universal healthcare, universal childcare, universal pre-k, and tuition-free public college.
On September 21, my wife drove through the ATM at @WellsFargo to withdraw $500. It allowed her to go through all the actions but at the end displayed a message saying, "this machine is not dispensing cash at this time" so she drove around to the other outside ATM.
The next day our bank shows that we have withdrawn that amount twice. She calls and they tell her that it will take 6 to 8 days to review. Today is the 28th and we still do not have a resolution to the problem.
This is not right. Some people could not afford to wait this long to have their money tied up. The machine should've been displaying an out of order message BEFORE the transaction. Regardless of that, there should only be a 48 hour wait at the most to have your money deposited back into your account.
The sitting president of the United States offered to sell OUR weapons to a communist dictator who is currently helping the world’s number one sponsor of terror to target and kill OUR troops.
And somehow, this isn’t even in the top 5 news stories today.
ICE being told to stop arresting non-criminals is an extraordinary admission of guilt by the Trump administration. They’ve spent the last two years arguing that they weren’t arresting people indiscriminately based on the color of their skin, and now they’re basically admitting to it and telling their own agents to stop.
Unbefuckinglievable.
Dear @marvel@marvelstudios: Please, for the love of it all, give us a one-shot of Michael Pena as Luis doing a recap of the entire MCU saga leading up to @Avengers: Doomsday.
