Excited to reveal the Roots 50th Anniversary animation! This self-handled project was intense but rewarding, as I reimagined Roots' designs with historical imagery. The result beautifully captures Roots' handmade essence. More to come soon!

I recently took a workshop from @SchoolOfMotion I was surprised to find that the course had more content than I was expecting.

Although there is no assignment, I wanted to challenge myself and pay the tribute to OrdinaryFolk recreating the beautiful kaleidoscope shot.

My first internship, job, and 6-figure illustration project were all obtained through side projects. Additionally, side projects provided me the opportunity to work with international clients and step outside of my comfort zone.
Don't underestimate the power of a passion project!

If you work in the art industry, having a side project is extremely important.

As a self-taught motion designer with a degree in art management, I struggled to become a professional motion designer. However, side projects helped me tremendously.
