@BritishGasHelp Not good enough! Very poor customer service! At this time of year you should make sure you have enough engineers working instead of trying to keep costs down same old story it’s all about the money,stuff your loyal customers!!!
@Britishgas very disappointed! After being a customer of home serve for many years, my boiler broke yesterday, no heating no hot water -3 temp and have to wait 8 days for a engineer! Avoid it! Waste of money!
Don’t anyone waste your money on paying twenty plus pounds a month to @BritishGas can’t get a engineer for eight days! Left without heating & hot water in -3 temp conditions poor service! 😡 been a customer for over 10 years!! Not anymore!!
