Last Thursday night I ran out of fuel on Third Mainland Bridge, 11pm, Phone at 2%, No power bank… I want to tell you what happened next.
I pushed the hazard lights on and sat in the car trying to think, Cars were flying past me, Nobody slowed down… Not one person…
Today marks the end of an era and the beginning of a new one🥺🎉

I read in the Old Testament that the priest inspects a sacrifice (an animal) at the tabernacle entrance to ensure it is good for sacrifice {Leviticus 1:3-10}
And when Jesus appeared before Pilate, Pilate said “I find no fault in this man”
MY GOD!!! 🔥🙌🏾
For those who still haven’t fully grasped how elite Bruno Fernandez is…
Bruno officially became only the THIRD player in Manchester United history to record 100+ goals and 100+ assists.
He did it in 318 games.
For context:
Messi did it in 319 games for Barcelona.
Ronaldo did it in 325 games for Real Madrid.
Now pause and think about the environments those two operated in.
Messi had Xavi, Iniesta, Eto’o, Henry.
Ronaldo had Benzema, Bale, Di María, Kaká.
Bruno?
He spent most of his United career creating chances for strikers who needed 4 opportunities to score once 😭
No superteam.
No luxury setup.
No dominant era.
Just pure responsibility every single week.
He arrived at 25, walked into the chaos of the post-Fergie era, became the tactical engine, emotional leader, chance creator, goalscorer, and still produced numbers faster than the two greatest players football has ever seen.
At some point, people need to stop debating whether Bruno Fernandes is elite.
The numbers already settled that conversation ❤️🏆🔴
Students often don't realize that after they graduate, the game eventually becomes 100% about what they've *actually done* and 0% about what they have the "potential" to do -- and this transition happens faster than they expect.
This can be a hard truth for students who get used to hearing "you're going to do great things" and then never take action.
But it's a welcome truth for those who are willing to put in serious work to get serious results.
The bridge between Red wine and "Good for your heart" is Resveratrol
A 150 ml glass of red wine at 12% - 15% ABV contains appx 14 grams of alcohol and 0.15 mg - 0.30 mg of Resveratrol.
Trials showed daily doses from 150 mg to 2000 mg of Resveratrol. To achieve that totally through wine, a person would need to consume appx 250L to 300L daily.
So, u simply cannot reach a therapeutic dose of Resveratrol through red wine.
In 2023, WHO published a definitive statement that no safe amount of alcohol consumption can be established.
