@EEricthered @WeberGrills Had the same issue with my order. The rep at the 800 number started off today by blaming FedEx and that I should call them. But, I don’t have a tracking number or any shipping info. Just canceled the order, and hoping I’ll see my refund come through. Wasted a week of waiting.
