British PM Boris Johnson helped the world understand Rwandan dictator General Paul Kagame. According to Johnson, no asylum seeker will dare flee to UK because evil awaits. They will be dumped to Rwanda, the most vicious totalitarian state of 21st country. Scary thought indeed.

6/8Venant Abayisenga suffered the same fate, as when he was released from prison in January 2020, he denounced the threats on his life, and in June 2020, he was again the victim of enforced disappearance and his fate remains unknown two years later. @POTUS @sophie_neiman

5/8The best known precedent is the case of @kizitomihigo. After his release from prison he was warned that he would be killed if he did not stop singing for peace. Despite having warned different actors of these threats, he was tortured to death in his cell on February 16 2020.
