@Carter_Lab @eLife Did u try the axonemal #dynein MTBD also on #microtubule doublets or the new in-vitro synth. mt-doublets (as done by #Guichard lab @CentrioleLab)? Would be exciting to look at the B-tubule protofil. arrangement/angles etc. in dependancy of axon. dynein.
